Thompson-Boling Arena: Coaches' Offices

Thompson-Boling Arena was built on the University of Tennessee Campus and opened in 1987. Virtually all basketball operations are housed in this facility including the Coaches' Offices. After 30 years, B&P and S4D were selected in a J-V by UT to renovate and significantly upgrade one of the main entry lobbies and both Men's and Women's Basketball Coaches' Offices. The basketball offices are approximately 16,000 SF of space that includes Head Coaches' Office (2), Assistant Coaches' Offices, Conference/Planning Rooms, Video Editing & Viewing Studios, Graduate Assistant Work Stations and Reception Lobbies. High-end graphics were used throughout to tell the story of UT Basketball and to provide the "shock and awe" for visiting recruits. Special attention was given to the floor-to-ceiling glass enclosure that houses the Lady Vols eight National Championship trophies and was personally approved by Pat Summitt.
